I started a blog post this weekend that I didn’t finish in time — once again the world is going to hell in a handbasket. This time it’s Ukraine flavored. I had really worked to make the post positive because who needs more crap now? But I ran out of steam.
But guess what? I picked up my phone to pretend I wasn’t doom scrolling, and that I was only going to look at pictures of cats and dogs, when Duchess Goldblatt saved the day. This tweet captures exactly everything I’m feeling right now. Long live the Duchess.
